@thedude-abides I liked Drive, so I'm hoping this will be good as well. I will wait for your verdict on this before I go spending my money.

I really haven't seen Ryan's films but this looks interesting. However I got some good news 'I've booked to be an extra on a new film'.

@ejk1 Lol. Fair enough. But it's been that way with both of Refn's previous two films (Drive, Valhalla Rising), both of which I thoroughly enjoyed. Some reviews were great, others were scathing. There's no doubt Forgives is the kind of film that's going to divide critics and audiences alike...I just don't see myself being one of those who come away disappointed.

@therealGoku Thanks, but I actually don't care. My whole comment was just a playful dig at @thedude-abides over Much Ado About Nothing. Still, your two cents are appreciated.

@ejk1 everyone has different taste in movies. I'm sure there's been plenty movies with horrible reviews and u ended up loving it. This preview looks good to me

@thedude-abides I don't know, man. The early reviews have just shredded this film, and combined with how off you were on Much Ado About Nothing, you may be on a bit of a bad streak in terms of predictions. The film has gotten some better reviews of late though, so here's hoping it actually is a worthy film.

Who cares what the people at Sundance said about this, I'm still checking this out. Drive was bloody poetry, this looks like it carries out the same tone and pacing.
