Ever since filming began on Thor: Ragnarok last month, shooting has taken place at Village Roadshow Studios in Queensland, Australia. While we've seen a few photos from the set, thanks to some aerial photography, we'll likely see plenty more now that filming has shifted to Brisbane, Australia. We reported yesterday that several New York City taxi cabs and emergency vehicles have been spotted in Brisbane in the latest sneak peek. Now that filming has started in the city, we have even more photos and video, including one that teases a huge Marvel Cinematic Universe cameo. There will be SPOILERS below, so read on at your own risk.

Long before filming began, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige teased that most of this story would take place in the cosmos, and it wasn't too surprising to learn that Natalie Portman's Jane Foster will not be returning. With the presence of these New York vehicles on the set, we speculated that the mighty warrior from Asgard may be paying a visit to Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) in Avengers Tower, but it seems like he may be visiting someone else. Twitter user Grant Lewis posted the most intriguing image from the Thor 3 set, where Chris Hemsworth is seen holding a business card that reads 177A Bleecker St., which, in the Marvel Comics is the address of Doctor Strange.

Of course, we don't know if Benedict Cumberbatch will be present to film a cameo, and this business card could just be an Easter Egg for fans of the Marvel Comics. It's possible that Chris Hemsworth may also appear in Doctor Strange as well, but there is still very little we know about the story, as we get closer to its November 4 release date. It isn't known how long the Thor production is expected to last in Brisbane, but we also have new photos posted by Chris Hemsworth and director Taika Waititi on Twitter, along with several videos detailing the action from the first day on the Brisbane set.

Another set video was recently released that offered our first look at Cate Blanchett's Hela, but we're not sure if Hela will surface in these scenes or not. It has long been rumored that Loki will team up with Hela, who banishes Thor from Asgard and destroys his iconic hammer Mjolnir, according to reports. Thor reportedly ends up on a gladiator planet, where he is forced to face the planet's current champion, Hulk. While no official plot details have been unveiled yet, Marvel did showcase the gladiator Hulk armor at Comic-Con last month, essentially confirming this rumored story line. It is believed that Thor: Ragnarok will take aspects from the iconic Planet Hulk comic book, which many fans have wanted to see turned into a movie.

Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo and Tom Hiddleston will be joined by Idris Elba (Heimdall) and Anthony Hopkins (Odin), plus Cate Blanchett's Hela and even more new characters. Jeff Goldblum joins the cast as the eccentric Grandmaster, alongside Tessa Thompson, who will bring the classic hero Valkyrie to life on the big screen, and Karl Urban who will add his might to the fray as Skurge. Marvel has set a November 3, 2017 release date for Thor: Ragnarok, which currently doesn't have any direct competition at the box office. Take a look at these new set photos and videos as Thor: Ragnarok begins production in Brisbane, Australia, and stay tuned for more information.
