Production has been under way for just over one month on Thor: Ragnarok, which is filming at Village Roadshow Studios in star Chris Hemsworth's home country of Australia. The actor and his director, Taika Waititi have been sharing a number of photos and videos from the set over the past month, and today we have a new video which showcases some of Chris Hemsworth's training. With the Olympics starting up this week, it seems his trainer could have the skills to compete in gymnastics, while the actor does not.

Chris Hemsworth posted the video on Instagram earlier this week, where he's being given instructions by his stunt trainer about pulling off a maneuver that involves "three twists." The trainer shows the actor how it's done by pulling off an amazing front flip with three twists. We then get to see how Chris Hemsworth fares with this complex move, showing how he "sticks the landing" by taking a much easier approach. We're not sure if this is actually part of Chris Hemsworth's training for Thor: Ragnarok, or if the actor and his trainer were just in the Olympic spirit this week.

This video comes just a few days after new set photos arrived, while star Mark Ruffalo wrapped production as Hulk. Very little is known about the story thus far, but it has long been said that both Thor and Hulk will go on a "cosmic road trip" in this sequel. The movie is believed to add in some elements from the iconic Planet Hulk comics, which was essentially confirmed when Marvel showcased Hulk's gladiator armor at Comic-Con last month.

If nothing else, this video continues to prove how light the mood on the set really is. We've previously seen Mark Ruffalo goofing around with some huge Hulk hands on the set, along with a prank Chris Hemsworth pulled on his director Taika Waititi. The filmmaker has even gotten in on the fun with a recent Twitter exchange with Spider-Man: Homecoming director Jon Watts, teasing the fate of Spider-Man (Tom Holland). We'll have to see what else surfaces from the set as production continues in Australia.

Returning franchise stars Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston (Loki), Idris Elba (Heimdall) and Anthony Hopkins (Odin) will be joined by a slew of new characters this time out. Two-time Oscar-winner Cate Blanchett joins this Marvel Studios' adventure as the mysterious and powerful new villain Hela, along with Jeff Goldblum, who joins the cast as the eccentric Grandmaster, Tessa Thompson who will bring the classic hero Valkyrie to life on the big screen, and Karl Urban who will add his might to the fray as Skurge. Take a look at this new video from the Thor: Ragnarok set, and stay tuned for more updates as we inch closer and closer to the November 3, 2017 release date.
