According to The Hollywood Reporter, rising hip-hop artist T.I. will make his feature film debut in Warner Bros. Pictures' untitled Chris Robinson movie. Newcomer Lauren London also is joining the cast.

The musical ensemble comedy, formerly known as Jellybeans, is set in an Atlanta hip-hip roller-skating rink. T.I. will play Rashad, the head of a roller-skating team, while London will play New-New, an employee at the rink who is in love with him. Evan Ross Naess already has been cast.

Robinson, one of the biggest names in hip-hop videos, is making his feature directorial debut on the film, whose script was written by Tina Chism & Antwone Fisher, Gina Prince-Bythewood and Joe Robert Cole. The story is based on material by music producer Dallas Austin and T-Boz, a member of the pop group TLC.
