Sony Pictures has released an extended international TV spot for Total Recall, arriving in theaters this weekend. Colin Farrell stars as Douglas Quaid, a man with a bit of an identity crisis when he visits Rekall and his loving wife (Kate Beckinsale) tries to kill him.
