Trainwreck was applauded for being one of the best comedies to premiere at this year's SXSW Film Festival, with sports stars LeBron James and John Cena called out for being huge scene stealers. We have the first clip from the movie, which features one of the men in question. LeBron James plays himself, serving as the ultra-protective wingman to his on-screen doctor, played by Bill Hader.

Ever since her father drilled into her head that monogamy isn't realistic, magazine writer Amy (Amy Schumer) has made promiscuity her credo. As much as she enjoys an uninhibited life free of commitment, Amy is really in a rut. While writing a profile about charming and successful sports doctor Aaron Conners (Bill Hader), she finds herself actually falling in love for the first time -- and what's more, Aaron seems to like her too. Amy starts to wonder if it's time to clean up her act.

Before the clip kicks off, MTV joins director Judd Apatow and Trainwreck star Bill Hader for a look at the MTV Movie Awards, which is being hosted by their leading lady Amy Schumer. Then we get to watch as Aaron calls Amy the night after they just had sex, with LeBron coaching the awkward conversation to completion. With a script written by Amy Schumer herself, and inspired from some of her real-life experiences, you know this won't be your average romantic comedy. And it might just be the breakout hit of the summer! Take a sneak peek:
