‘Transformers 4’ Adds Bingbing Li

The Chinese film star joins Mark Wahlberg, Jack Reynor, Nicola Peltz, Stanley Tucci, Kelsey Grammer and Sophia Myles in Michael Bay's sci-fi sequel.

The addition marks the first Chinese actor to join the project with numerous more to follow. She will soon be joined by other famous actors as well as a number of newcomers being recruited from a scouting competition.

Bingbing Li is best known for playing Ada Wong in Paul W.S. Anderson's Resident Evil: Retribution. She will also be seen as Blink in Bryan Singer's X-Men: Days of Future Past.

Production is slated to begin later in the year

Transformers: Age of Extinction was released June 27th, 2014.

        Can you call her a bad actress if the material she had to perform was awful? I think I'll wait to judge her abilities until after I see her perform in something at least somewhat worthy.

          I don't think so

          I think it's because before in 'Resident Evil' Anderson was directing her with a shoddy script
