Actor Scott Eastwood has joined the cast of Trouble with the Curve, alongside his father, Clint Eastwood.

The story centers on Clint Eastwood's character, an aging professional baseball scout who is starting to go blind. He decides to take his daughter (Amy Adams) on a recruiting trip to Atlanta, where he must evaluate a top prospect. Scott Eastwood will play Billy Clark, a minor league ball player who Clint Eastwood's character discovered. Even though Billy is slumping at the moment, the scout still believes in his talent. Justin Timberlake, Matthew Lillard, and John Goodman also star.

Robert Lorenz, Clint Eastwood's longtime producing partner, will make his directorial debut with Trouble with the Curve, working from a screenplay by Randy Brown.
