Lucky for her, Dirk is famous for fixing horrific tattoos. Next, they meet Alex, a guy who wears his heart a on his sleeve--or in this case, on his thigh. Alex's failed attempt at professing his love has left him with a tattoo scar that threatens his new relationship. Dirk covers up Alex's bad decision with a few strokes of his tattoo gun. Dirk and Ruckus are saving the world, one bad tattoo at a time.

Dirk and Rob come to the rescue of a model who made a rash decision after having a fight with her grandmother--she went to her local parlor and got a "Suck it Grandma" tattoo. And Dirk's fellow artist Jonny gives a satisfied customer a tattoo of a horned woman with spikes and blood.
