Make It or Break It - Season 1
The first season follows a group of elite teenage gymnasts training at the top-notch Rocky Mountain Gymnastic Training Center as they deal with parents, boyfriends, coaches, rivalry, and betrayal. Newcomer Emily attracts the attention of everyone when she arrives at the gym wearing an old leotard with gymnastics moves beyond compare.
Competition grows fierce in the world of gymnastics when a new girl arrives
Marty and Lauren are gone, and everyone's scrambling to figure out what to do. While the adults gather at the Cruzes' house to strategize, Payson, Kaylie, Emily, and Becca secretly go to the Denver gym to confront Marty and Lauren.
“Blowing Off Steam”
The Rock looks like it's ready to crumble when Kaylie's dad takes over as coach. Then in walk the last people anyone ever expected to see: Lauren and her father. They've come with a proposition, and they're not alone. Sasha Beloff, the world's greatest and most reclusive gymnastics coach, is with them -- and he's agreed to be The Rock's head coach as long as Lauren, Kaylie, and Payson are on the team.
“Sunday, Bloody Sasha, Sunday”
It's the morning after the kegger, and Kaylie wakes up hurting -- but not as much as she's about to hurt when Sasha calls her, Payson, and Emily into The Rock on their day off. Payson's worried that Sasha knows they were at the party. Then Lauren walks in, and everyone breathes a sigh of relief. Little do Lauren's fellow gymnasts know that she was at the party too. And, too bad, Sasha knows they were ALL there.
“Like Mother, Like Daughter, Like Supermodel”
The Rock moms come up with an idea to raise money for the trip to Nationals: a mother-daughter fashion show.
“Between a Rock and a Hard Place”
The pressure's on when Sasha invites Denver Elite, The Rock's biggest rival and Marty's new club, to compete in a pre-Nationals invitational. If The Rock wins, Sasha says, they'll be unstoppable at Nationals. If they lose ... well, they can't lose.
“Run, Emily, Run”
It's a new day at The Rock. But old grudges remain. Lauren doesn't feel sorry that Emily's been kicked off the team. In fact, she's happy.
“All's Fair in Love, War and Gymnastics”
Emily's stressed out because Sasha re-choreographed her entire floor routine and she has just four days to perfect it for Nationals. And her family's so broke that her mom has to borrow money from an ex-boyfriend named Joe, who just happens to be a major reason they left California.
It's the day after the Cruzes' party and the day before everyone leaves for Nationals -- and nothing feels right.
“All That Glitters”
The moment The Rock girls have all been working toward is finally here: Nationals. Payson, Kaylie, Lauren, and Emily have two days to prove they deserve to go to the Olympics.
“The Eleventh Hour”
Kaylie, Lauren, and Emily are welcomed home from Nationals with a victory parade. As the newly crowned National Champion, Kaylie wants some time for herself, but new manager MJ has other plans -- namely, photo shoots, interviews, and meetings with sponsors. Lauren wants her friend back, but Kaylie hasn't forgiven her for hooking up with Carter and maybe never will. And Emily's waiting for the realization that she made the National team to sink in.
“Follow The Leader”
National Team practice begins with a move no one expects: Marty is made head coach!
The Rock is jumping bright and early as Kaylie and Nicky star in a photo shoot for Seventeen magazine. Kaylie loves the spotlight, but Nicky just wants to get to practice. Luckily for him, Sasha comes in and breaks up the party so everyone can get back to work.
“Are We Having Fun Yet?”
What could be harder than training for the Olympics? High school.
“Loves Me, Loves Me Not”
It's Valentine's Day at The Rock, and love is in the air. But in most cases, you might call it an unidentified flying object.

The Rock girls nail a move they never thought possible: prom!
“Hope and Faith”
Emotions at The Rock are running at a fever pitch, and somebody's going to get burned.
“The Great Wall”
The U.S. team competes in China without Kaylie and Emily. The girls realize that not being in the meet just about kills their chances of going to the Olympics in 2012.
“The Only Thing We Have To Fear”
Lauren's back from China, and the news isn't good.
“Are We Family?”
The Chinese team arrives ... but where's Kaylie?
