When she was a deeply troubled teenager, Nikita (Maggie Q, "Mission Impossible III") was rescued from death row by a secret U.S. agency known only as Division, who trained her as a spy and assassin. Nikita was eventually betrayed by the only people she thought she could trust. Now, after three years in hiding, Nikita is seeking retribution and making it clear to her former boss, Percy (Xander Berkeley, "24") and her former friends Michael (Shane West, "E.R.") and Birkhoff (Aaron Stanford, "X-Men: The Last Stand) that she will stop at nothing to expose and destroy their covert operation. Division continues to recruit and train other young people, among them Jaden (Tiffany Hines, "Bones") and Thom (Ashton Holmes, "Boston Legal"), erasing all evidence of their former lives and turning them into cold and efficient killers. One of these new recruits, Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca, "Kick-Ass") is a beautiful girl with a violent past and a story not so different from Nikita's. The recruits all spend part of their training with Amanda (Melinda Clarke, "The O.C."), a master manipulator who can turn any ugly duckling into a swan and any bleeding heart into a killer. Percy (Xander Berkeley) and Michael (Shane West) take their latest assignment, a Slavic leader wanted for war crimes, into protective custody. Nikita (Maggie Q) learns of their hideout and attempts to thwart their plan, but a mysterious group of mercenaries in search of nuclear material beats her to the task. Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) is activated earlier than expected for a special assignment that throws her into the crossfire of bullets. A flashback reveals a pivotal moment in Nikita’s life. Melinda Clarke, Aaron Stanford, Ashton Holmes and Tiffany Hines also star. Danny Cannon directed the episode written by Craig Silverstein & David Levinson.

Kill Jill

Nikita (Maggie Q) rescues Jill (guest star Julie Gonzalo, "Eli Stone"), a journalist who is trying to expose a conspiracy involving Division and a major plane crash. Michael (Shane West) and Percy (Xander Berkeley) suspect Birkhoff (Aaron Stanford) of being Nikita's inside mole and send Amanda (Melinda Clarke) in to interrogate him. Michael enlists the help of the recruits, Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca), Jaden (Tiffany Hines) and Thom (Ashton Holmes), to help them locate their latest target. Rough Trade

Nikita (Maggie Q) delves into her past when she posed as a nanny for an influential government official and decides to right the wrong of his death. During the mission, Michael (Shane West) comes to Nikita’s rescue and begins to doubt Percy’s (Xander Berkeley) motives. Back at Division, while undergoing basic training, Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) suffers from a panic attack which prompts Amanda (Melinda Clarke) to break her of claustrophobia. Aaron Stanford, Tiffany Hines and Ashton Holmes also star. Nick Copus directed the episode written by Carlos Coto.

Episode 5

The Guardian

Divison’s secrets are at risk of being revealed to the world when Owen (guest star Devon Sawa, “Final Destination”), a Division operative, escapes from a bank robbery and becomes a fugitive. Percy (Xander Berkeley) decides to search for Owen himself, which makes Michael (Shane West) suspicious of his motives. Nikita (Maggie Q) and Owen go head-to-head until Percy joins them for a tense standoff. Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) sneaks into Percy’s office to warn Nikita, but she is busted by Thom (Ashton Holmes) and the two share an intimate moment. Aaron Stanford, Melinda Clarke and Tiffany Hines also star. David Solomon directed the episode written by Albert Kim.

Episode 6


A bus filled with Division recruits is attacked by terrorists who kidnap Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) and Thom (Ashton Holmes), both of whom are unaware that this is a test by Division. Percy (Xander Berkeley), Michael (Shane West) and Amanda (Melinda Clarke) watch as Alex is tortured. Alex breaks free and contacts Nikita (Maggie Q) for help. Meanwhile, Nikita has earned Owen’s (guest star Devon Sawa, “Final Destination”) trust and he reveals some devastating news to Nikita about her fiancé. Aaron Stanford and Tiffany Hines also star. Guy Ferland directed the episode written by Kalinda Vasquez.

Episode 7

The Recruit

Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) informs Nikita (Maggie Q) that one of the recruits has been activated to carry out a suicide mission. Nikita intercepts the recruit just as Michael (Shane West) arrives, and the two sides exchange gunfire. Meanwhile, back inside the walls of Division, another recruit decides to attack several guards, creating mass chaos.

Division sends Thom (Ashton Holmes) to eliminate Anna (guest star Rayisa Kondracki, "The Bridge"), a woman who was having a secret affair with a U.S. Senator (guest star Spencer Garrett, "Leverage"). Division agrees to cover up any trace of the affair as long as the Senator agrees to help pass a bill that will continue to fund the agency. Nikita (Maggie Q), with Alex's (Lyndsy Fonseca) help, attempts to reach out to Anna's parents, but the conversation doesn't go as she expected.

One Way

Nikita (Maggie Q) and Michael (Shane West) temporarily team-up to kill a terrorist who murdered Michael’s family many years ago. When Percy (Xander Berkeley) learns this information, he sends Division agents to kill Nikita, who ultimately compromises the mission, leading to Michael’s capture by the terrorist group. Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) is caught going through medical files inside Division so she creates a lie that involves Jaden (Tiffany Hines) and almost blows her cover. Melinda Clarke, Aaron Stanford and Ashton Holmes also star. Ken Fink directed the episode written by Albert Kim.

Episode 10

Dark Matter

Owen (guest star Devon Sawa) leaks secret information from Division’s black boxes to the media, revealing that the U.S. Government was responsible for an assassination in Chile. As a result, Percy (Xander Berkeley) frames a C.I.A. agent, Ryan (guest star Noah Bean, “Damages”) for the crime. Nikita (Maggie Q) and Owen go to Chile to rescue Ryan from mercenaries and in doing so end up getting captured. Nikita reveals the secrets of Division to Ryan in an effort to save all of their lives. Back inside Division, Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) spies on Percy and Birkhoff (Aaron Stanford) and witnesses a side to Percy she has never seen before. Shane West, Tiffany Hines and Ashton Holmes also star. Danny Cannon directed the episode written by Carlos Coto.

All The Way

Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) informs Nikita (Maggie Q) that Division is sending her on her first mission to kill the leader of a crime syndicate. Alex is uneasy about taking someone’s life but is reassured by Nikita who insists on helping her with the kill order. Birkhoff (Aaron Stanford) informs Percy (Xander Berkeley) and Michael (Shane West) when he discovers the shell program that a Division mole has been using to connect to Nikita in the outside world. When the mission doesn’t go as planned, Nikita makes a quick decision in an effort to clear Alex’s name. Inside Division, Jayden (Tiffany Hines) attempts to reveal Alex as the mole but Thom (Ashton Holmes) steps in and a shocking accident clears her name. Now an agent, Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) gets a new apartment and is given a cover job. She meets her new neighbor Nathan (guest star Thad Luckenbill) who invites her to a party at his house. Nikita (Maggie Q) warns Alex about getting too involved with people but Alex struggles between her duties at Division and living a normal life. Nikita realizes Division has implanted a kill chip in Alex’s head and sets out to gain control of the chip. While interrogating Birkhoff (Aaron Stanford), Nikita stuns Ryan (guest star Noah Bean) by revealing a secret. Shane West also stars. Coup De Grace

Alex’s (Lyndsy Fonseca) first assignment is a group mission to kill the Prince of Georgia at a museum gala. After Alex tells Nikita (Maggie Q) about the order, the two devise a plan to foil the assassination. However, Nikita trusts the wrong person and their plans are foiled, resulting in a stand-off and alerting Division that Nikita is in the building. Percy (Xander Berkeley) sends Michael (Shane West) in to kill Nikita. Nathan Hope directed the episode written by Albert Kim.

The Next Seduction

Ryan (guest star Noah Bean) intercepts a message about a dangerous cutting edge weapon coming into the U.S. so he asks Nikita (Maggie Q) to help him stop the delivery. Nikita discovers the man bringing the weapon into the country is Voss (guest star Matthew Marsden), a man she was forced to have a relationship with while undercover at Division. She reluctantly resumes her alter ego to retrieve the missile. Meanwhile, Michael (Shane West) interferes in Alex’s (Lyndsy Fonseca) new life with Nathan (guest star Thad Luckinbill). David Soloman directed the episode written by Carlos Coto.

Episode 15


While out on a mission for Division, Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) runs into Irina (guest star Ksenia Solo), a woman from her past. Alex tries to help Irina break free from her captor, but her old friend double crosses her and turns Alex over to Vlad (guest star Mark Ivanir), a Russian mobster, with a debt to settle. Nikita (Maggie Q) realizes Alex is in trouble and sets out to save her but runs into Michael who is searching for his missing agent. Realizing she can’t compromise Alex’s secret, Maggie must find a way to work with Michael to save Alex without getting her friend killed by Division. In order to speed up her healing, Amanda (Melinda Clarke) sedates Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) after her last mission then takes advantage of Alex’s drugged condition to question her about the secrets Amanda believes Alex is keeping. Nikita (Maggie Q) realizes Alex is in danger and tries to secure her another identity to smuggle her out of the country. However, Nikita’s contact double-crosses her and she comes face to face with a surprising opponent. Meanwhile, Michael (Shane West) becomes suspicious of Alex and asks Birkhoff (guest star Aaron Stanford) to investigate her. Nick Copus directed the episode written by Kristen Reidel.

Episode 17


Michael (Shane West) confronts Nikita (Maggie Q) in her lair and reveals that he knows Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) is the mole. He tells Nikita that she has 24 hours to find Kasim (guest star Haaz Sleiman), the man who killed Michael’s family, or he will tell Percy (Xander Berekley) about Alex. Episode 18

Into the Dark

Owen (Devon Sawa) returns with information on one of Percy's (Xander Berkeley) black boxes. Nikita (Maggie Q) returns to London with him to retrieve it but notices that Owen is acting strangely. Owen tells Nikita that he wants to release the contents of the black box and when Nikita disagrees, he turns on her. Meanwhile, Percy finds out Nikita is in London and dispenses Michael (Shane West) to kill her. Also, Amanda (Melinda Clarke) overhears Jaden (Tiffany Hines) arguing with Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) about the escape tunnels so she hooks Alex up to a lie detector to get the truth out of her once and for all.

Episode 19

Girl's Best Friend

Nikita (Maggie Q) believes it’s getting too dangerous for Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) at Division and decides its time Alex disappeared. Alex agrees but before the plan can be put in motion, she and Jaden (Tiffany Hines) are assigned to an overseas mission to stop the son of a foreign president (guest star Edi Gathegi) from selling a newly developed nerve toxin. Things go awry and Alex must decide between saving the mission or saving herself. Rob Lieberman directed the episode written by Carlos Coto.

Episode 20

Glass House

Frustrated that Nikita (Maggie Q) continues to intercept his black boxes, Percy (Xander Berkeley) sends Michael (Shane West) to check on one of the boxes and the guardian attached to it. Nikita makes it to the small Pennsylvania town first and is shocked to find that the guardian is a normal woman named Dana (guest star Christina Moses) who has abandoned her post and is attempting to live a normal life with her husband and child. Tensions mount when Michael is forced to report Dana’s actions and Division swarms in to clean up any evidence of her existence. Meanwhile, Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) and Jaden (Tiffany Hines) get into an argument and Nathan (guest star Thad Luckinbill) gets caught in the middle.

Episode 21


After Michael (Shane West) learns that Percy (Xander Berkeley) has ordered Divison to kill anyone who could decrypt the black boxes, he sends Nikita (Maggie Q) in to save the last person on the list, a CIA cryptographer named Malcolm (guest star Rich Sommer). Nikita kidnaps Malcom and takes him to Ryan (guest star Noah Bean) for protection. Meanwhile, Percy turns on Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca).

In an explosive season finale, Percy (Xander Berkeley) makes a move to take over the CIA, Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) goes rogue, and Michael (Shane West) gets trapped inside Division making him unable to help Nikita (Maggie Q), who may have to pay with her life for helping Alex.
