The Wonder Years tells the story of Kevin Arnold (Fred Savage) facing the trials and tribulations of youth while growing up during the 1960s. Told through narration from an adult Kevin (Daniel Stern), Kevin faces the difficulties of mantaining relationships and friendships on his enthralling journey into adulthood.
The cast did actually reunite to film special features material for The Wonder Years complete series box set, but don't expect the show to be brought back with the original cast. It's worth noting that the series finale, which aired in 1993, essentially laid out the future for all of the characters, giving everyone a proper ending. Ironically, Fred Savage's brother starred in both Boy Meets World and the Girl Meets World revival on ABC Family, but the original show ended in a way that allowed for a show like Girl Meets World to pick up the story several years later.
