It seems that Jean-Claude Van Damme and Dolph Lundgren will be going back to the future once again, and this time in 3D. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Van Damme and Lundgren have been set to reprise their roles in Universal Soldier IV.

The actors previously worked on the last film in the franchise, Universal Soldier: Regeneration, and now it seems that Foresight International is angling for bidders at Cannes this week. It was said they were aiming for an October production start for the film, with Universal Soldier: Regeneration director Peter Hyams back at the helm.

Foresight is also selling Recoil from writer-director Mark Steven Johnson (Daredevil, Ghost Rider). The film will be budgeted at $35 million and centers on a former FBI sniper who comes back into action after his ex-wife becomes the target of another maniacal sniper. Filming is set to start in November.
