Some of the comments are completely ignorant. I understand that white people will never really know what it is like to be a black person in the United States but how can anyone argue with the numbers. ALL of the nominees in the major categories are white. Anyone who watches movies knows that there are plenty of actors, actresses, directors and movies of other races that should have been nominated but weren’t. I am not saying that the Oscars should be all Black, Hispanic, Asian or any other race. Every year films and actors that deserve to get nominated get nominated while some do not get nominated that deserved to be nominated. This happens regardless of race but for one race to have all of the nominations in the major categories is ridiculous and anyone who cannot see that has a serious problem.
Samuel, It is not racism to be upset about doing your job just a well as someone else and not being recognized for it. I do not know how many movies you have watched but I have watched a lot of them. It is ridiculous that all of the major categories are only represented by whites. What really causes the uproar is the fact that blacks had to struggle for years to get where we are and when it seems like we are digressing, we know we need to speak up and speak loudly so that history does not repeat itself.
@thedude-abides RT is usually pretty accurate with their ratings.
It has potential
This is truly shocking. I hope he is in heaven. Not trying to force religion on anyone but this really pulls at my heart. Death is certain and the only way to heaven is through Jesus Christ. Please don't die without him.
I watched this trailer without sound(I'm at work.) and it was still epic. BTW, how come everyone is overlooking Spiderman as one of the top 3 movies this year?
This movie has the best action scene ever.
