@undeadslayer4 Hey, I'm good thanks for asking! Honestly, movieweb isn't my cup of tea anymore.
@jasonkat Because those were Sony films, and they had no f*cking clue what they were doing. Marvel on the other hand didn't even give an origin story for The Incredible Hulk in 2008, you really think they were gonna hit over the head with a third origin story for one the most well-known heroes ever? The film will probably start with him already having his powers, but still in high school because that's the most important period of Spidey's lifetime, and the other movies have all gotten him outta high-school way too fast.
@jasonkat@undeadslayer4 It was never going to be an origin story. Rebooting a franchise doesn't always equal origin story.
@Allen-Jung Ha, that would actually be amazing and pretty clever! Seriously guys, there is literally nothing in Peter Parker's backstory that says he should be white. If you have a problem with Peter's race then you are, by all definitions of the word, a racist.
I've said this once and I'll say it again, the MPAA needs to re-structure its ratings system and incorporate a new PG-15 rating. The gap between PG-13 and R ratings is way too huge and it's cutting off creative possibilities for directors as well as money for studios.
@thedude1 It'll barely make a profit, but not enough to warrant the risk of making a 4th one and having it flop again. Goodbye females Expendables movie too.
Expendables 3 was probably the most decent out of the three, but that's only because the first two are absolute sh*t. Glad it tanked and the franchise is dead.
Loved this movie. I'm glad they changed that crappy generic title to Live Die Repeat, for home video at least.
@instead8909 You only watch movies after they make money? That's pretty pathetic. Movie sucked by the way. It's not Bay's fault; Liebesman can't direct his way out of a cereal box.
