Two words..."Emo Elephant". lol
She looks exactly the same...
Josh Halloway would've killed this role.
@Agent-Cooper My thoughts exactly. They can't even adapt a simple revenge plot to film (Max Payne) I have little faith that they'll adapt this well. If they must make it, then they should get Christopher Nolan to direct with Christian Bale or Hugh Jackman as Solid Snake.
If The Rock is going to do another movie where he is playing a bounty hunter, then it better be The Rundown 2!!!
The last two pics are pretty badass.
I've been saying that Scott Adkins should take the role from day one. He prob won't get it, seems how Hollywood has a bunch of other guys already lined up & he's not as popular as them, that just means he'll be a cheaper option for WB though. Glad to hear that he at least auditioned for the role though, here's hoping that he gets it!!!
@corey B I don't care if he was nominated for an Oscar, his acting is still terrible. I did see Drive, he talks in a low voice & barely acts in that.....just like he barely gives any effort to every other performance that I've seen him in!!!! He's no Batman. Give it to Karl Urban or Josh Brolin.
HELL NO TO RYAN GOSLING!!!! He is way too overrated and he can't act to save his life. If he's cast as Batman, I'll be done with this film and any future DC film that his lazily acted ass in as well.
If not Ackles or Adkins, def Karl Urban!!!! He's got the look, intensity, and presence to take the Dark Knight to a whole new level!!!
I can't picture him as Bruce Wayne either, not saying he couldn't pull it off. He def has the voice for Batman however. Personally it'd cool to see Scott Adkins step into the role, he's got the martial arts ability, physique, and agility for Batman.
@monkeyiron 2.0 No, it's rated PG-13 for Sequences of violence, Sexual content, & Brief strong language. Although I agree with you, it would work better if it were rated R.
I remember when this project was in development around 8 years ago or so, it was originally supposed to start The Rock in Ice Cube's role & Ryan Reynolds in Kevin Hart's role.
Paramount better not water down this sequel with a PG-13, otherwise I won't bother watching this.
Wow, those angel wing clouds are so cheesy!!! hahaha
To the people saying it doesn't make sense....what don't you get? He'll do The Avengers 2, then for Phase 3 movies, Marvel can focus on other characters in the Marvel Universe, seems how they have plenty of characters. Then Phase 3 will lead into The Avengers 3, which will feature RDJ as Tony Stark/Iron Man(for what will prob be the last time). After that, RDJ can step down from the role & Marvel can recast the role for the fourth installment(which can be part of Phase 4).
Universal is stupid. These movies are fun to watch & have been, even more so, under Lin's direction. There's no reason that this needs to be rushed into production when the new one isn't even out yet. Let the man, as well as the cast, take a friggin breather before jumping into the next installment. It's not like people are going to forget about the movies or that they're going to lose interest if you decide to put 2 or 3 years between films.
The Rock should play Kratos in a God Of War movie instead! He'd be perfect for that role!!!
I like the idea of building up the character first before just jumping into it, but yes, they'll prob mess it up. Anyways, I'd like to see The Rock tackle this role. He's been back to his action roots since 2010's "Faster" & since seeing him in "Fast Five", he def has the acting, anger, & size(def the size lol) to pull this character off.
