At the very end of The Walking Dead's fall finale, Start to Finish, fans were introduced to a group known as The Saviors, who inform Daryl (Norman Reedus), Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green) and Abraham (Michael Cudlitz) that all of their property belongs to the villainous Negan. Just a few weeks prior, we learned that Jeffrey Dean Morgan has been cast as this iconic villain, although he won't actually surface until the Season 6 finale, before becoming a series regular in Season 7. With just a few days remaining until the show returns with the midseason premiere No Way Out, the AMC Twitter feed released a clip with the first four minutes of this first new episode, with the show picking up exactly where it left off.

We still don't know exactly who these Saviors are quite yet, since the leader of this group doesn't identify himself in this four-minute clip. Still, Daryl, Sasha and Abraham are in quite a bit of a bind, since they're outnumbered and outgunned, and they eventually give up their guns to the mystery man. He also says that the Saviors plan on following Daryl, Sasha and Abraham back to their home, "to see where they hang their hats." While this would normally mean big trouble for the Alexandrians, most of them have already fled, after the walls were breached, so we'll have to wait and see how this will play out.

When we last saw Rick and his small group of Alexandria survivors, they had covered themselves in zombie guts and were trying to make a break from the overtaken community. Of course, we don't know where exactly they are heading to, but it's been rumored that they will visit the Hilltop Colony, which was first mentioned in Issue 92 of the Robert Kirkman comics, just eight issues before Negan's introduction. Of course, the show doesn't always follow the comics to the letter, but since we know they are on the road again, it seems likely that the Hilltop Colony will be their next destination.

Negan is introduced in the 100th issue of The Walking Dead, where he and his group took Rick and the Alexandrians by surprise, before choosing a random person to kill, Glenn Rhee (Steven Yeun). After we saw Glenn fall into a zombie herd with Nicholas (Michael Traynor) in this season's third episode Thank You, his fate was unclear, but we found out a few weeks later in Heads Up that he managed to escape alive, as he began his journey back to Alexandria with Enid (Katelyn Nacon). Towards the end of November's mid-season finale, Start To Finish, we saw both Glenn and Enid scaling a tree near one of the Alexandria walls, although it's possible that Glenn doesn't reunite with Maggie and the rest of the group right away.

Lauren Cohan recently teased that Maggie and Glenn won't reunite right away, and when they do, it will be "overshadowed by darkness." Since we know in this clip that The Saviors plan on going back to Alexandria with Daryl, Sasha and Abraham, it's possible that this menacing group could have an impact on Glenn and Maggie's reunion. Earlier today, both Andrew Lincoln and Lauren Cohan teased that the Season 6 finale was their most difficult episode to shoot in the entire series, which could mean that Glenn may in fact be killed by Negan at the end of the season finale. While we wait for more details, check out the first four minutes from No Way Out, airing Sunday, February 14 at 9 PM ET on AMC.
