Childrens' Hospital's Rob Corddry is concluding negotiations with Summit Entertainment to join Nicholas Hoult and Teresa Palmer in Jonathan Levine's zombie romance Warm Bodies.

Warm Bodies will follow an existentially-tormented zombie who falls for the girlfriend of one of his victims and decides to protect her from his brain-eating brethren as he begins to reconnect with his dormant humanity.

Nicholas Hoult plays R, a zombie who is different from the other zombies, while Rob Corddry takes on M, another zombie outcast.

Jonathan Levine is writing and directing the undead romance, which is based on a novel by Isaac Marion.

Production begins in Sept.
