There is going to be a sequel to Nancy Drew, says producer Jerry Weintraub and director Andrew Fleming.

Emma Roberts will also return to the film which first hits theaters this summer for Warner Bros. Pictures; she'll star as the famous teenage sleuth, accompanying her father on a business trip to Los Angeles, where she happens upon clues to a murder mystery involving a movie star, notes Variety.

The trio will also reteam on the family film, Rodeo Girl, also from Warner. Fleming wrote and will direct the film; Roberts will play a debutante equestrian who falls for a cowboy and tries to win him over by entering a rodeo competition. The film also stars tweens Max Thieriot, Josh Flitter, Amy Bruckner and Daniella Monet; starring on the adult side are Rachael Leigh Cook and Tate Donovan, who plays Nancy's father, Carson Drew.

Nancy Drew on June 15th; no word on Rodeo Girl.
