I could care less if Liu Kang is in it or not. To me, he's like Wolverine from the X-Men movies, he dominates too much of the story/time.

Really wish they had gotten a hot young actress to play Sonya instead of that old and ugly women they have now. Other wise i liked the first episode.

Liu Kang is essiential character in the Mortal Kombat universe but at the same time the least intresting. The Scorpion and SubZero storyline are the best. Cant wait for the new game.

One more thing, every goes well in all the shorts I expect the same type quality or i should say the same type look and feel of a street fighter film(s) that grittyness, dark, realistic type of action to it.

@cupid Yeah. You just can't have Mortal Kombat with out Liu Kang, winner of the tournament in the original game. I mean, they mentioned that he could appear when the web series was announced but there hasn't been anything about it since.
