Watch ‘The Box’ Trailer Right Now!

Warner Bros. just unwrapped the trailer for Richard Kelly's The Box. You can get your first look at this creepy new horror film below...

Norma and Arthur Lewis are faced with a terrible dilemma when a mysterious glass box turns up at their door. If they press the button inside the box, they'll get enough money to save their ailing son, but in exchange, someone, somewhere in the world will die. When the temptation to save their beloved son becomes too much to bear, Norma pushes the button. Immediately, a gunshot rings out somewhere nearby. Consumed with guilt, Norma must do everything in her power to solve a murder she has knowingly caused.

The Box comes to theaters October 30 from Warner Bros. Pictures.

The Box was released November 6th, 2009.

It's pretty Twilight Zone-y, but it seems like they already gave away a bunch of the twists.

SLysnide, Playboy used to be a monolith of contemporary literature, and though it no longer features the notable gamut it once did, it still publishes peices on Politics, Style, Music, Culture, Art, and literature. Hunter S. Thompson, Ray Bradbury, and Norman Mailer were all heavily published in Playboy. So quit being such a f*ckwit.

Published in playboy originally? Jeez his standards are low.

Southland Tales sucked. Wallace Shawn was the best part.

And the "Saw" theme isn't meant for trailers!!!

                richard kelly directed domino?

didn't know that, but i didn't particularly care for that movie myself.

i didn't like donnie darko either, but like you i thought southland was 'fair'.

"Button, Button" was first published in Playboy, June 1970, a short story written by Richard Matheson. The story was republished as part of a collection of Matheson's short stories.

                    Hmmm Looks interesting!!

Director Richard Kelly who wrote a based on the 1970 short story "Button, Button" by author Richard Matheson which was also made into a episode from "The Twilight Zone" called" "Button, Button"!

Not a fan of diretor Richard Kelly ... ...I hated "Donnie Darko" ..thought it was just "STUPID" ..."Southland Tales" was fair ....

However, I did like his 1 film he directed "Domino".

hmm... if memory serves, in the twilight zone episode that this story was lifted from , the person who died was... oh no wait, maybe they kept the story in tact and i should keep that to myself.
