We reported a few months back that an upcoming film project had found its second lead actor and now it seems they might have a new director as well. Latino Review is reporting that director Wayne Kramer is in talks to direct Kane & Lynch, the film based off the Eidos video game.

Simon Crane was originally set to direct the film, but the site is reporting that Crane and Millenium Pictures couldn't come to a deal and now Kramer is in talks to take his place. The site said that they are just in early talks right now and a deal hasn't been reached as of yet. It was also said that the studio reached out to director F. Gary Gray but he passed on the film.

Bruce Willis and Jamie Foxx are attached to star as the title characters, with Willis playing Kane, a mercenary who strikes an unlikely alliance with Foxx's serial killer Lynch. The script was written by Kyle Ward and it was said that production is scheduled to start in August.

We'll be sure to keep you posted on any further details on Kane & Lynch as soon as we have more information.
