Will Ferrell vs. Mark Wahlberg in Turkey Bowl Last seen together in The Other Guys, Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg are teaming up once again for the new Warner Bros. comedy Turkey Bowl.

Scott Silveri and Robert Carlock are writing the screenplay, which revolves around two small town football teams going up against each other on Thanksgiving day. Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg will play the leaders of these two opposing teams.

Adam McKay and Chris Henchy will produce alongside Will Ferrell under their Gary Sanchez production banner. Mark Wahlberg will also serve as a producer under his own Closest to the Hole Productions.

Turkey Bowl doesn't have a set start date at this time, but will likely hit theaters sometime in 2013.

Three Mississippi was released in 2013.

      I thought The Other Guys was hilarious. Looking forward to seeing them onscreen once again, could this be a new bromance? They work well together as the odd couple... I like.

        I'm sorry, but The Other Guys sucked. I love these two guys....hopefully they'll make up for it in this movie....

              @diaigma it was definatly an Odd Couple type feel but as the main focus of the movie, i would have to agree, they were the reason worth watching the movie.

                  @diaigma like @daveactor7 it has its moments and a few of the running jokes are hillarious but it could have been better. Maybe this time out they will get it right.

                      I dont see why this shouldnt be fun to watch. I am not the biggest fan of either of these actors but i will give it a shot.

                        "The other guys" had its moments but I dont want to see a reteam. Wahlberg is not much of a comedian in my eyes.

                              They were amazing together in The Other Guys, and this plot sounds like the perfect canvas for another hilarious story. I'm thinking of the Thanksgiving Day football game episode from F.R.I.E.N.D.S., but funnier.
