Yesterday, Hugh Jackman took to his social media accounts to post a teaser photo for Wolverine 3, while confirming once again that the superhero movie will be his last time portraying Logan, after 16 years. The actor's post stated that he wanted to hear from fans, in 50 words or less, what they would like to see in this new adventure, and it seems he has already gotten a number of responses from fans around the world. Earlier today, Hugh Jackman posted a brief video where he thanked everyone for their responses, and that he will personally read as many of the suggestions as he possibly can. Here's what the actor had to say.

"Guys, I am completely blown away by the responses to my tweet about your ideas. I'm going to read as many as possible. I've already been loving reading them. I've said it from the beginning, 16 years on, you're the greatest fans in the world."

All we know about Wolverine 3 so far is that James Mangold is directing from a screenplay by Michael Green (Green Lantern). Production is slated to begin in early 2016 on Hugh Jackman's Wolverine 3, with 20th Century Fox already slating a March 3, 2017 release date. Hugh Jackman also recently hinted that he could have a cameo appearance in Deadpool, and a cryptic exchange with director Bryan Singer at Comic-Con hinted that Logan may show up in X-Men: Apocalypse as well.

We also reported last month that the Old Man Logan story line from the comics will not be used, contrary to previous rumors. The story followed Logan as he retired from being a superhero, as he wandered across America, running into a number of Marvel superheroes. That comic book story would have been difficult to adapt, though, since Marvel Studios holds the rights to several of the characters featured in that comic.

It's also possible that the actor could have a cameo appearance in Gambit, which starts filming later this year. 20th Century fox has set an October 7, 2016 release date, with Channing Tatum starring and Rupert Wyatt set to direct. Since both this movie and X-Men: Apocalypse will hit theaters next year, it would still make Wolverine 3 his last appearance as Logan, in 2017. His involvement in those two movies has yet to be confirmed though, so stay tuned.
