Warner Bros. is looking to move on from the disappointment that was Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice. The movie did wind up making a very sizable amount of money at the box office, but it was received very poorly by fans and critics, and wasn't the billion dollar franchise starter that the studio was hoping for. But with Suicide Squad on the way soon as well as Wonder Woman and Justice League due out next, Warner Bros. is focused on what lies ahead. And today, we get a sneak peek at that impending future.

Even though there is a lot of news coming out about Zack Snyder's Justice League thanks to a recent batch of set visits, Warner Bros. is also at the Licensing Expo in Las Vegas this week, and they have their DC Comics films on full display. Thanks to people visiting the expo and documenting it on Twitter, we have been able to see a lot of what the expo has to offer. The Licensing Expo is essentially a way for movie studios and other entities to display their properties for companies to potentially license merchandise for. The DC Comics movies, no matter what the critical and fan reception winds up being, represent a massive opportunity for licensed merchandise and Warner Bros. has a massive display to try and sell that to the industry at the expo.

After Suicide Squad, Wonder Woman will be the first of two movies to be released as part of the DC Extended Universe, and she is a big focus for the studio at the Licensing Expo. There are a lot of movie posters floating around at the convention, but Warner Bros. bought a brand new, big, impressive Wonder Woman poster, which prominently features Gal Gadot in her full Amazon warrior garb, up against a massive, rolling landscape. Of course, the logo for the movie was featured prominently as well on that poster, but there was also a second logo poster on display that featured the Wonder Woman text as well. In addition to the poster, the studio also had a lot of costumes and props from the movie on display, including a couple of shields, a bow and arrow, and the Queen's Guard Sword.

The Wonder Woman movie is a very big deal, being that it will be the first female led superhero movie of the modern era, but Justice League is also due out next year and there is no doubt the movie will be absolutely massive. Warner Bros. and Snyder know that people have some hesitation after BvS and appear to really be doing their best to course correct. The studio is still putting a lot of resources and confidence into Justice League, and had a massive poster display for it and the entire DC Extended Universe slate at the expo. The top of the huge poster features a Justice League logo, but below it are new logos for Batman, The Flash, Cyborg, Aquaman and Green Lantern Corps. Wonder Woman and Suicide Squad are also featured, but the logos are ones we have already seen previously.

Wonder Woman has already wrapped production and is currently in the editing process. Many expect that we will see a teaser for the Patty Jenkins directed movie ahead of Suicide Squad. Justice League is currently deep into production in London and once that wraps, many of the actors will be heading off to start work on their solo movies. Wonder Woman is currently set for a June 2, 2017 release date and Justice League is due out on November 17, 2017. Be sure to check out all of the posters and props below, and stay tuned as we will be keeping you updated on news coming from the Licensing Expo this week.
