Adan Canto reveals he has always wanted to play a character like the mutant Sunspot in yet another preview for X-Men: Days of Future Past, which is currently available on Digital HD formats ahead of its 3D Blu-ray, Blu-ray and DVD release on October 14.

Sunspot is one of the new mutants seen in the present-day sequences of X-Men: Days of Future Past, alongside Bishop (Omar Sy) and familiar mutants such as Iceman (Shawn Ashmore), Kitty Pryde (Ellen Page) and Colossus (Daniel Cudmore). Adan Canto states that he has been an X-Men fan since his childhood, while visual effects supervisor Matt Sloan reveals Sunspot literally turns into the surface of the sun, as his eyes burn up and his hair melts away.

In addition, we also have a new Quicksilver viral video from the Instagram page of "Peter Maximoff," which hints at his parental origins. As you may know, in the Marvel comics, Peter Maximoff, a.k.a. Quicksilver (played by Evan Peters in X-Men: Days of Future Past) is the son of Magneto. The Instagram video comes with the caption, "Good thing Mom kept all those weird books on magnets," as Quicksilver rushes to find the definition of a lodestone.

Check out the videos below, and stay tuned for more footage as we get closer to X-Men: Days of Future Past's release on 3D Blu-ray, Blu-ray and DVD October 14.
