It's been nearly one month since the debut of the last XXX 3 international trailer, which means it's just the right time for yet another international trailer. This new video features footage with Vin Diesel's Xander Cage and reggaeton star Nicky Jam, who makes his acting debut as Lazarus in this action-packed sequel. This trailer shows Xander trying to make a deal with Lazarus, with Xander showing off his flair for breaking things in a casual yet stylish way. This trailer also features the song "In My Foreign" by The Americanos, featuring Nicky Jam, Ty Dolla $ign, Lil Yachty and French Montana. If that wasn't enough, we also have six new TV spots from this action-packed sequel.

This new trailer from Paramount Pictures also shows Xander Cage getting some life advice from his old friend Augustus Gibbons (Samuel L. Jackson), who tells Xander to "kick some ass, get the girl and try to look dope while you're doing it." We also see more footage of those crazy motorcycles that can ride on water, with the touch of a button, along with scenes featuring Ruby Rose, Donnie Yen, Deepika Padukone and more. Paramount will release XXX 3 on January 20, which will go up against Universal's Split, starring James McAvoy, The Founder starring Michael Keaton and The Resurrection of Gavin Stone starring Brett Dalton.

The third explosive chapter of the blockbuster franchise that redefined the spy thriller finds extreme athlete turned government operative Xander Cage (Vin Diesel) coming out of self-imposed exile and on a collision course with deadly alpha warrior Xiang and his team in a race to recover a sinister and seemingly unstoppable weapon known as Pandora's Box. Recruiting an all-new group of thrill-seeking cohorts, Xander finds himself enmeshed in a deadly conspiracy that points to collusion at the highest levels of world governments. Packed with the series' signature deadpan wit and bad-ass attitude, XXX: The Return of Xander Cage aims to raise the bar on extreme action with some of the most mind-blowing stunts to ever be caught on film.

Vin Diesel and Samuel L. Jackson will be joined by a supporting cast that includes Deepika Padukone, Nina Dobrev, Ruby Rose, Donnie Yen and Conor McGregor. D.J. Caruso (I Am Number Four) is directing xXx: The Return of Xander Cage, from a script by Chad St. John (London Has Fallen) with current revisions by F. Scott Frazier (Collide). Paramount Pictures has set a January 20, 2017 release date for XXX: The Return of Xander Cage, which could bring the franchise back as a box office powerhouse.

Vin Diesel's first xXx was a box office hit, taking in $142.1 million domestic and $277.4 million worldwide from a $70 million budget. Despite the initial movie's success, Vin Diesel did not return for the sequel XXX: State of the Union, which starred Ice Cube as Augustus Gibbons' new recruit, Darius Stone. That sequel didn't fare quite as well at the box office, taking in just $26.8 million domestically and $71 million worldwide. It's worth noting that Vin Diesel didn't star in the second Fast & Furious movie either, but after he came back in the fourth movie, the franchise got bigger and bigger. We'll find out on January 20 if this iconic action star can work his box office magic on xXx 3, after an 11 year hiatus.
