It seems that Zack Snyder's upcoming animated film has a brand new title. Heat Vision Blog is reporting that Snyder's film Guardians of Ga'Hoole has been given the new title of Legend of the Guardians.

It wasn't quite clear why the change was made, but it was speculated by the site that the move could be because most moviegoers won't know what a "Ga'Hoole" really is. The film is based off the first three books of Kathryn Lasky's book series, which revolves around a group of owls who embark on a journey to find the Guardians of Ga'Hoole to save their world.

Director Zack Snyder's newly-titled Legend of the Guardians stars Emily Barclay, Abbie Cornish, Emilie de Ravin, Ryan Kwanten, Jay Laga'aia, Miriam Margolyes, Helen Mirren, Sam Neill, Richard Roxburgh, Geoffrey Rush, Jim Sturgess, Hugo Weaving, David Wenham and is still set for a September 24 release date.
