Here's the breakdown of what the studio is looking for.

- Successful candidates must be able to handle dialog and have a flair for ironic comedy.

WHAT: The best-selling illustrated novel Diary of a Wimpy Kid by Jeff Kinney, chronicles the adventures of wise-cracking middle school student Greg Heffley over the course of an academic year, as told through Kinney's cartoons. The filmmakers are seeking a bright, precocious and appealing young actor to portray the title character 'Greg Heffley' in a movie based on this novel.
