30 Rock is unquestionably one of the best satirical comedy shows of all time. The workplace TV comedy was created by Saturday Night Live alum Tina Fey and ran on NBC from 2006 until 2013. 30 Rock brings you into the world of writing and producing television shows, and satirically shows you the minds behind them. The series follows Liz Lemon (Fey) who is a showrunner for an NBC comedy show. Along the way, she finds herself in several hilarious predicaments as she tries to manage the cast and crew with an executive named Jack Donaghy (Alec Baldwin). The show features several comedic performances that had audiences laughing for years.

The chemistry between Fey and Baldwin was fantastic from start to finish. At the same time, Jane Krakowski, who played Jenna, was an absolute scene-stealer. Tracy Morgan's comedic style was perfect for his character of Tracy Jordan, who was the star of the fictional show, TGS with Tracy Jordan. At the same time, there were several supporting characters, including the fictional writing staff, who always held their own as far as comedy. Tina Fey was the star and genius behind 30 Rock. Since the show's finale, Fey has been working non-stop as an actor, writer, and producer. Most recently, Fey has written and created the TV series, Mr. Mayor, starring Ted Danson and Holly Hunter. Fey has also stepped into Broadway and produced the musical Mean Girls, based on her screenplay of the same name. The film adaptation of Mean Girls the Musical is currently in pre-production. Fey will be writing and producing the project.

Alec Baldwin

Alec Baldwin is unquestionably a Hollywood legend, and he gave it his all playing Jack Donaghy in 30 Rock. Baldwin has been steadily acting and producing projects since the series. Baldwin recently played Dr. Robert Henderson in the TV miniseries Dr. Death. He is also currently producing an untitled TV series with Kelsey Grammer, which he will also star in. Unfortunately, Baldwin was recently involved in a tragic on-set moment when a prop gun, which he was handling, fired and killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and injured director Joel Souza. The moment happened during to production of the film, Rust.

Tracy Morgan

Tracy Morgan is a brilliant comedic actor with a style that is certainly unique to him. Morgan recently starred in the TBS series, The Last O.G., following an ex-con who returns to Brooklyn. Morgan also served as an executive producer for the series. The series has yet to be confirmed for another season. Morgan is also starring in the upcoming comedy film Triplets, alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny DeVito. The film will be a sequel to the classic comedy Twins.

Jane Krakowski

Jane Krakowski has a personality that was a joy to watch on 30 Rock. Krakowski recently acted in the musical TV series, Shmigadoon! opposite Keegan-Michael Key and Cecily Strong. During the show, we also got to see Krakowski's singing talents. The series can be watched on Apple TV+. Krakowski also recently appeared in the TV series Dickinson, following the life and journey of poet Emily Dickinson (played by Hailee Steinfeld).

Jack McBrayer

Judah Friedlander

Judah Friedlander is a successful comedian and actor who played a staff writer on 30 Rock. Friedlander continues to perform stand-up around the country and has also acted in several TV shows. Friedlander has taken many voice-over roles in shows such as American Dad! and Bob's Burgers. Most recently, he offered his voice-over talents, playing several characters in the TV series Helpsters. The series was produced by Sesame Workshop and follows a group of puppet monsters.

In 2019, Bowden landed steady work playing Flo Logan on the TV series, The Bold and the Beautiful. She will also be starring in the upcoming film Dead Wrong, opposite Derek Smith and Rob Schneider.
