Last month, we revealed a banner from 300: Rise of an Empire with Xerxes (Rodrigo Santoro) addressing his massive Persian army. What you may not know is the soldiers below were actually created through the magic of VFX, as shown in eight new images from the upcoming book 300: Rise of an Empire: The Art of the Film, which will be released tomorrow. We also get a concept art image featuring an immense battle at sea from director Noam Murro's action-packed sequel, arriving in theaters March 7.
