Michael Bay tears up Italy in the latest look at Netflix's upcoming 6 Underground. In addition, a new poster for the movie has been released. Deadpool screenwriters Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese teamed up with Reynolds for this new project, which looks pretty much like you'd expect a Bay movie to look. There's tons of stunts and car chases as a lime green car terrorizes the streets of Italy with Reynolds throwing out some trademark one-liners.

Ryan Reynolds stars alongside Mélanie Laurent, Corey Hawkins, Adria Arjona, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, Ben Hardy, Lior Raz, Payman Maadi, and Dave Franco, who is the man behind the lime green car that appears to be on the run. As Reynolds' character points out, the color choice isn't exactly the best to blend in with historic Italy. Whatever the case may be, 6 Underground looks like it's tailor-made for fans of Michael Bay and Ryan Reynolds with some Fast and Furious vibes thrown in for good measure.

6 Underground introduces a new kind of action hero. The movie features six individuals from all over the globe, each the very best at what they do. They have been chosen not only for their skill, but for a unique desire to delete their pasts and to change the future. The team is brought together by an enigmatic leader (Ryan Reynolds), whose sole mission in life is to ensure that, while he and his fellow operatives will never be remembered, their actions damn sure will. The second trailer goes a long way in trying to get this point across, as does the poster, which has a rather unfortunate design.

The 6 Underground poster features the tagline: "They Said No One Could Save the World. Meet No One." That just seems a bit more than cheesy, even if the movie is supposed to be tongue-in-cheek. Then there's the actual logo of the movie, which makes the title out to look like "Gunderground." The line through the 6 makes it look like a G and it just looks out of place. With that being said, this was more than likely all done on purpose to promote the movie in a humorous way.

6 Underground will premiere December 13th, exclusively on Netflix. The streaming platform has some new competition in the form of Disney+, which debuted earlier this week. With the power of everything Disney, they are a force to be reckoned with, though Netflix has much more in terms of content. Regardless, the streaming platform is going to have to get inventive when looking at ways to try and compete. One of those ways is bringing a director like Michael Bay and a star like Ryan Reynolds to star in some original content. You can check out the poster below, and the new trailer above, thanks to the Netflix streaming YouTube channel.
