If you're willing to relocate to Cleveland, Ralphie's house can be yours. On Monday, the famous house featured in the holiday classic A Christmas Story was just put up for sale with a listing going up on the official website. The location had long been made available for fans to visit by its current owner, and whether any of that will continue will depend upon who purchases the property. For now, all reservations will be honored through the holiday season.

Directly across the street from the house is the A Christmas Story Museum, another tourist attraction that includes props, costumes, and other memorabilia seen in the actual movie. That includes Randy's snowsuit, the toys from Higbee's window, and even the family car. There's also a gift shop for fans to purchase keepsakes, including a Major Award Leg Lamp. It's not just the house that's for sale, as the listing also includes the museum, the Bumpus house, and various nearby lots acquired by the current owner over the years.

"You’re looking at pretty much the most natural, holiday themed house and museum in the world," realtor Chad Whitmer says in the listing. "And now, it can be all yours. Wall-to-wall anecdotes throughout, this lovely classic is both spacious and intimate. Nostalgically upgraded with somewhat ancient appliances, you’ll be sure to be the talk of town when you own this world-famous house and museum based on a beloved Christmas classic film."

The price of the property is not publicly listed.

A Christmas Story Christmas Revisits Ralphie

A Christmas Story Christmas Peter Billingsley
HBO Max

The listing is going up just as fans prepare for the sequel to come to HBO Max. Called A Christmas Story Christmas, the new movie brings back Peter Billingsley to reprise his role as Ralphie Parker, now much older but still recognizable due to his familiar spectacles. He's outgrown his desire for a Red Ryder BB gun, but Ralphie gets to take on Christmas in a new way as an adult in the film. You can watch the trailer for the movie below ahead of its HBO Max debut on Nov. 17.

The original movie was directed by Bob Clark who co-wrote the screenplay with Jean Shepherd and Leigh Brown. It starred Billingsley as a young boy who really wants a Red Ryder Carbine Action 200-shot Range Model BB gun, despite the constant warnings that he'll shoot his "eye out." The film also stars Melinda Dillon and Darren McGavin. It is one of the most revered holiday movies of all time, and its annual viewings every holiday season by families everywhere have kept the film popular for decades.
