A multi-year deal agreement has been signed between Warner Bros. Discovery and television producer Greg Berlanti, creator of several popular television series, including CW's Arrowverse and Netflix's You. It is impossible to deny that Greg Berlanti is the most recognizable person in today's television industry. Through this updated agreement, Berlanti and his production company will remain at the prestigious studio through 2027. The producer/writer/director will also continue to produce series across Warner Bros. platforms such as HBO Max and cable television.

Collider reports that the production company's CEO David Zaslav expressed excitement about working with Greg. Over 40 shows have been created or produced by Berlanti since 2001, when he started his relationship with WB. Because of that, it is easy to see how Berlanti would play an instrumental role in growing their TV studio into the future. Zaslav also stated that the company is overwhelmed by the impact that his innovative and powerful storytelling will have on Warner Bros. and its audiences. Warner Bros. Television Group Chairman and CEO Channing Dungey echoed his admiration by commenting:

"We’re beyond thrilled to continue our partnership with one of the most accomplished, celebrated, and compelling storytellers in the industry. Greg is a visionary, a pioneer, and a leader, but more than that, he’s a treasured member of the Warner Bros. family. Collaborating with Greg is a tremendous privilege, and we can’t wait to see what stories he and his team will bring to life in the coming years.”
