"No, I will tell you that it is… I’m really excited about the third installment because it’s going to do something that we haven’t done before... The ending of the last shot is, now that the world knows about [the signal that the creatures are vulnerable to], what will the world do with this answer, or with this weapon? Will they be responsible with it, or will they not be responsible with it?”
Who Will Be Cast?

Michael Sarnoski has been locked in as the new director after Jeff Nichols departed from the project. Nichols will join Scott Beck in writing the screenplay, that will be influenced by Krasinski's ideas for A Quiet Place Part III. Paramount has pushed back A Quiet Place Part III by six months after the studio's release calendar was disrupted by two Mission: Impossible films facing delays.
