Judd Apatow has recruited Adam Sandler, Seth Rogen and Leslie Mann to star in his next comedy. Apatow will direct, and is the sole writer of the untitled project, which will be co-produced by Universal Pictures and Sony Pictures Entertainment.

According to Variety, Apatow continues to work with familiar faces: He and Sandler collaborated to write, with Robert Smigel, You Don't Mess with the Zohan, the Sandler starrer that Columbia will release June 6. Rogen and Mann starred in Apatow's first two feature directing efforts, The 40 Year Old Virgin and Knocked Up.

Production will start in late summer or early fall.
