We learned last week that ABC had to delay the Season 2 premiere of Marvel's Agent Carter from Tuesday, January 5 to Tuesday, January 19, due to President Barack Obama's State of the Union Address on January 12. Since fans will have to wait an extra two weeks for this beloved show to return, iTunes has released the first clip, featuring both Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) and Edwin Jarvis (James D'Arcy). This scene features Edwin driving Peggy through the streets of L.A., pointing out everything that irritates him about the City of Angeles.

This scene also reveals that Howard Stark (Dominic Cooper) has gotten into the movie business, and since he's currently away on pre-production, Edwin asks if he could at least drive Peggy around. Seems his life has gotten rather boring. Marvel's Agent Carter returns for a second season of adventure and intrigue, starring Hayley Atwell in the titular role of the unstoppable agent for the SSR (Strategic Scientific Reserve). Dedicated to the fight against new Atomic Age threats in the wake of World War II, Peggy must now journey from New York City to Los Angeles for her most dangerous assignment yet.

But even as she discovers new friends, a new home - and perhaps even a new love - she's about to find out that the bright lights of the post-war Hollywood mask a more sinister threat to everyone she is sworn to protect. Marvel's Agent Carter stars Hayley Atwell as Agent Peggy Carter, James D'Arcy as Edwin Jarvis, Enver Gjokaj as Chief Daniel Sousa, Wynn Everett as Whitney Frost, Reggie Austin as Jason Wilkes and Chad Michael Murray as Chief Jack Thompson. Tara Butters, Michele Fazekas, Christopher Markus, Stephen McFeely, Chris Dingess, Kevin Feige, Louis D'Esposito, Alan Fine, Joe Quesada, Stan Lee and Jeph Loeb are executive producers. Marvel's Agent Carter is produced by ABC Studios and Marvel Television.

Dominic Cooper and Bridget Regan will reprise their roles from Season 1 as Howard Stark and Dottie Underwood, but it isn't known how many episodes they will appear in, or when they will debut. New characters this season include Wynn Everett as Whitney Frost, a.k.a. Madame Masque, Reggie Austin as Jason Wilkes, Peggy's new love interest and Currie Graham as Frost's husband, a high-powered businessman named Calvin Chadwick. Other new cast members include Lotte Verbeek as Ana Jarvis, the free-spirited wife of Edwin Jarvis and Ken Marino as mob boss Joseph Manfredi, who, in the Marvel Comics, turns into a costumed villain known as Blackwing.

Season 2 of Marvel's Agent Carter will span 10 episodes, two more than the inaugural season that debuted back in January. Like last season, Marvel's Agent Carter will occupy the Tuesday 9 PM ET time slot held by Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., during that show's midseason hiatus. While we wait for more on this upcoming season of Marvel's Agent Carter, take a look at the first clip below. How do you think Peggy will react to life in Hollywood this season?
