Alfred Molina has agreed to star in the Cold War drama, The Company for TNT

The six-hour miniseries is an adaptation of Robert Littell's novel, being produced by Tony and Ridley Scott. Variety reports it is set just before the British ceded control of what would become Israel in 1948. Molina will play a kind British soldier who befriends a 12-year-old, who must rethink his vehement anti-British sentiment and deal with his pals calling him a traitor. Chris O'Donnell will also star in the project.

Mikael Salomon is directing The Company which was written by Ken Nolan. Shooting will begin next month in July.
