Writer-producers Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman have turned to another hot screenwriter for a new film project. Variety is reporting that Aline Brosh McKenna will write an untitled film for Orci and Kurtzman to produce.

McKenna will write the film based on her own original idea, which will center on a circle of friends and their relationships - including love affairs - over a span of two decades. It was said that McKenna pitched the idea to Orci and Kurtzman and all three of them pitched the idea to DreamWorks, where Orci and Kurtzman's production company is based.

McKenna's name has come up a lot lately, with a new Cinderella live-action film that we reported on back in May and she will also write We Bought a Zoo for director Cameron Crowe. She also wrote Morning Glory, which will hit theaters on November 12.
