Joe Roth is partnering with writer-producer Dan Bucatinsky ("The Comeback") for a half-hour ABC comedy, with Alyssa Milano attached to star, according to Variety.

Bucatinsky will write and executive produce the series, which would be Milano's first since Charmed left the air last spring.

Dubbed Me and Everyone Else, the comedy has Milano playing a 30-year-old, take-charge woman --"Rhoda with a sex life," Bucatinsky said -- who's trying to find her way as an adult.

In addition to Milano's character, named Mia, show will focus on Mia's boyfriend, her brother and her brother's boyfriend. "It's sort of Lucy, Ricky, Fred and Ethan," Bucatinsky quipped, using another classic TV analogy.

The screenwriter said much of Me and Everyone Else will be autobiographical, telling the story of his own relationship with his sister, but from his sister's point of view.
