In a story from Variety, Amber Tamblyn is in final talks for the lead role in Main Street.

The film is being made by Reliant Pictures. Currently, Orlando Bloom is eying a role in the film. Ellen Burstyn, Patricia Clarkson and Colin Firth are currently cast.

Story follows an ensemble cast and the changes they face in a small town.

The film is being directed by John Doyle from a script by the late Horton Foote.
