Amber Tamblyn is in the final stages of negotiations with New Line Cinema to star in the comedy, Normal Adolescent Behavior.

According to Variety, the film is based on the Beth Schacter script about the darkly comedic look at sexual politics among precocious and privileged teenagers; Beth, a Broadway director (Brave New World), will make her film directorial debut.

Normal Adolescent Behavior will start production in late spring or early summer; look for it to hit theaters late this year.
