Now that production is under way on Preacher, AMC's upcoming TV series based on Garth Ennis and Steve Dillon's comic, executive producer Seth Rogen has shared a new photo from the set, featuring Dominic Cooper as the Preacher Jesse Custer and Ian Colletti as Arseface. Unfortunately, the photo doesn't give us too good a look at each character, but it appears that Custer is speaking with young Arseface in his room, which is adorned with posters for Jack White and other bands. Sports fans will also notice the University of Texas Longhorns pillow on his bed.

The series centers on Custer, a small-town Texas preacher who somehow ends up merging with a supernatural entity from heaven, which gives him the power to make anyone do what he says. He goes on a perilous mission to literally find God, after he abandoned his post in heaven. Jesse is accompanied on this journey by his ex-girlfriend Tulip (Ruth Negga) and a hard-drinking Irish vampire named Cassidy (Joseph Gilgun).

Lucy Griffiths (Emily), W. Earl Brown as Hugo Root, Arseface's father, and Elizabeth Perkins (Vyla Quinncannon) round out the supporting cast, alongside Jamie Anne Allman and Derek Wilson, who play a married couple created specifically for the TV series. Sam Catlin wrote the pilot episode, which will be directed by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg. The writer and directors are also executive producing with James Weaver, Neal H. Moritz, Vivian Cannon, Ori Marmur, Ken F. Levin and Jason Netter. It isn't known how long production on the pilot will last, so stay tuned for more photos as shooting continues on Preacher.
