According to The Hollywood Reporter it looks like AMC will be renewing Breaking Bad for a third season.

The show was created by Vince Gilligan.

The show looks at what happens to a high-school science teacher who becomes a drug dealer when he is told he has a terminal illness.

In the first season the show earned a Peabody Award as well as an Emmy for show lead Bryan Cranston.

In it's second season the show opened up to 1.7 million viewers. That's a 21% increase from the first season.
