Evan Peters is checking into American Horror Story: Hotel, marking his fifth appearance in the award-winning horror anthology series from prolific producer Ryan Murphy. Peters and previously announced co-star Sarah Paulson share the distinction of having starred in all five installments of AHS. They join a cast that includes Lady Gaga, Kathy Bates, Matthew Bomer, Cheyenne Jackson, Wes Bentley and Chloë Sevigny.

Peters most recently starred as "Jimmy Darling" in AHS: Freak Show. Prior to that, he played "Kyle Spencer" in AHS: Coven, "Kit Walker" in AHS: Asylum, and "Tate Langdon" in the initial installment, AHS: Murder House. Peters is currently in production on the feature film Elvis & Nixon with Kevin Spacey. Production of the 13-episode Hotel will begin in Los Angeles in late summer, and will air on FX in October. The American Horror Story franchise is produced by Twentieth Century Fox Television.

On the big screen, Evan Peters most recently starred as Quicksilver in last year's X-Men: Days of Future Past and in this year's thriller The Lazarus Effect. The actor is expected to reprise his role as Quicksilver in the upcoming X-Men: Apocalypse, but his involvement has yet to be confirmed. Production is scheduled to begin on that superhero sequel later this month in Montreal, which, if he is coming back, will give him enough time to shoot that movie before returning to American Horror Story: Hotel.
