Mary Harron's American Psycho gave the audience an insanely gnarly and mind-bending horror film whose ending is under constant debate to date. Christian Bale's iconic portrayal of a psychotic and psychologically delusional investment banker on Wall Street remains one of the finest performances in cinematic history. Bale's villainous character accounted for some gruesome sequences in the film that involved murder and violence, while in his competitive professional persona, various sequences involved Bateman in his banker attire.
