Amy Poehler is in final negotiations to join her two-time Golden Globes co-host Tina Fey in the upcoming comedy The Nest.

We reported in February 2013 that Tina Fey boarded the project, which centers on two adult siblings (Amy Poehler and Tina Fey) who decide to throw an immense party in their childhood home just before it is sold, and learn lessons about growing up in the process.

Jason Moore (Pitch Perfect) is attached to direct from a script by longtime Saturday Night Live writer Paula Pell. Jay Roach is producing for his Everyman Pictures company, alongside Tina Fey and her Little Stranger Inc. banner. No production schedule was given.

Amy Poehler and Tina Fey previously starred in the 2008 Universal comedy Baby Mama, and they also co-hosted Weekend Update on Saturday Night Live during their tenures on the show. They have also co-hosted the Golden Globes for the past two years, and running.
