Universal continues to impress with it's support for HD-DVD.

In a story from The Digital Bits, on November 28 the studio will be bowing An American Werewolf in London on the DVD/HD-DVD Combo format. This title will sell for $34.98.

On that same day they will release Dune, Meet the Parents and The Mummy. These three titles will be HD-DVD only and sell for $29.98.

All of these releases will be in Dolby Digital Plus 5.1 audio. Dune will be offered in the 137-minute version.

In our efforts to cover the format war fairly, Buena Vista Home Entertainment has just announced a bevy of Blu-ray titles for their Third Wave of releases.

Coming to the next generation format on November 21 are Annapolis, Casanova, Flightplan, Goal! The Dream Begins, Sky High and the CG animated The Wild.
