Greg Kinnear and Josh Lawson have joined the growing cast of Anchorman: The Legend Continues, as production continues in Atlanta. No details were given for either of the new roles.

Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy stars Will Ferrell (Ron Burgundy), Paul Rudd (Brian Fantana), Steve Carell (Brick Tamland), David Koechner (Champ Kind), and Christina Applegate (Veronica Corningstone) are reprising their roles for the sequel. New cast members include Kristen Wiig, James Marsden, Dylan Baker, Meagan Good, and Harrison Ford, who joined the cast last week.

Adam McKay is directing from a screenplay he co-wrote with Will Ferrell. The story is set in the late 1970s, as the Action 4 News team must learn to adapt to the ever-changing landscape of broadcast news, after the advent of the 24-hour news cycle.

Josh Lawson was last seen on the big screen in The Campaign, and portrays Doug Guggenheim on the Showtime series House of Lies. Greg Kinnear recently appeared in Movie 43, and is also starring in and executive producing the Fox pilot Rake.
