With the Christmas shopping season officially under way starting today, Marvel's Ant-Man could easily be one of this year's hot items, when it arrives on 3D Blu-ray Combo Pack, Blu-ray and DVD December 8. As we get closer and closer to the release in just a few weeks, Flicks and the City Plus has unveiled a new deleted scene, which shows Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) using his Ant-Man suit to help his friends cheat while gambling. While Scott does end up becoming a hero, we see that he didn't always use his shrinking abilities for good.

The scene in question features Luis (Michael Peña), Kurt (David Dastmalchian) and Dave (T.I.) at a local casino, playing some craps. As you can see, it doesn't matter what Luis throws, since Ant-Man can manipulate the dice without being seen by anyone on the casino floor. While this sequence was shot during principal photography, the filmmakers never completed the visual effects, since we only see a crude version of Ant-Man on the craps table. The end of this brief scene also shows the entire crew dancing while celebrating their winnings. This scene is a nice companion to the blooper reel from last week that showed these cast members dancing between takes.

The next evolution of the Marvel Cinematic Universe introduces its next biggest super hero: Marvel's Ant-Man! Armed with the amazing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, master thief Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) joins forces with his new mentor Dr. Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) to protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from ruthless villains!
